We were tasked with developing a refreshed campus recruiting campaign that would differentiate us from our competitors and also speak to the unique opportunity at Liberty. The theme “Think insurance is boring? Think again.” was based on the insight that Millennials/Gen Z, when polled 73% said insurance companies are boring. We challenged that assumption with key proof points around differentiated opportunities in cutting edge technology like block chain and design thinking as well as strategy, research and analytics.
