Liberty Mutual - Agent/Broker Recognition

Our agent broker sales and service recognition program was over 70 years in the making and needed an update to better align with our Identity & Values as well as our other recognition programs. We collaborated with the recognition team to first better understand the evolution and background of the existing programs to ensure we were honoring the intent of the awards. In light of the new virtual sales environment due to Covid-19, we explored new touch points to allow our agents and brokers to display their achivements outside of the office environment.
