Liberty Mutual - User Experience Design

As part of Liberty’s digital first focus on user experience design for our employees and customers, we developed a number of interactions ranging from brand guidelines to our customer app. All of these were based on our Cross Enterprise Design System that was created and built in collaboration with our partners across the organization with a focus on hierarchy, consistency, task confirmation, simple user control, and accessibility.
