Liberty Mutual - Customer Experience Week
An event created to celebrate the company’s dedication to customer service. Initially promoted by a small suite of print assets, we expanded our approach to an Global web engagement platform. Through a large leaderboard we pitted employees against each other in friendly competition, and dramatically increased engagement and understanding of the program.
We not only designed the print and web experiences but conceptualizing two unique web games. The first game features Liberty’s own, LiMu Emu & Doug and was inspired by 80s arcade games. The second was a classic trivia game. A planned arcade cabinet activation was designed but abandoned due to budgetary concerns.
